LAYAWAY TERM AND CONDITIONS

Layaway accounts must be established over the phone or email.

Initial payment of at least 50% of the purchase price (less shipping) is required to put an item on layaway

Subsequent layaway payments must be at least $20.00 USD or the remaining balance, whichever is less.

ALL PAYMENTS ON LAYAWAY ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!

The time allowed for a layaway item will be 60 days from the original layaway purchase date. All payments plus shipping must be received on or before the 60th day of the layaway or you will lose all payments made toward that item.

you can not change the item ordered, or the size and color of the item after the layaway is established.

As a courtesy, we will contact you approximately one week before the end of the layaway period and notify you that your layaway is about to expire.

FAYE'S FASHIONS  reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

(NO LAYAWAY WILL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE)
